Shoebox time!

Shoebox time!

Operation Christmas Child is the world’s largest

children’s Christmas project – sending gift-filled

shoeboxes to children in need around the world

since 1990.

Right now, thousands of school children from across the

UK are busy wrapping, packing and filling shoeboxes with

great little gifts for children in need overseas.

What’s more, these shoeboxes provide a special connection between two

children in the world – transcending boundaries of culture, nationality, and

geography; bridging a gap between a child who has something to give, and a

child who can’t wait to receive it.

Getting involved

1. Wrap an empty average-sized shoebox and lid separately.

2. Decide if your gift is for a boy or a girl and which age category, then fill

your shoebox with new gifts that will delight a child, your £3 donation and

secure it with an elastic band. You can also visit www.operationchristmas to make your £3 shipping donation online by clicking on the

‘Donate Online’ button.

3. Please bring in your shoebox into school by Friday 14th November.

Thank you and happy packing!
