Collective Worship, sometimes known as Assembly, is an important part of our school day. It is a time when we gather together to reflect, to think, to wonder, to discuss, to share and to celebrate together. We have inputs from people of Christian faith, of no faith, of other faiths and all are equally valued as helping our children and community to live in the broad, diverse and exciting community that is Hampton, Peterborough and of course the national community that is Great Britain. We want our children to be prepared for life in a world where other countries and cultures are accessible, and we want our children to be able to ask questions without fear, to listen without prejudice and to understand. Parents and Carers have the right to withdraw their children from Collective Worship if they choose, although in our school this is exceptionally unusual. We ask that if you do wish to consider this, that you come into school and discuss the matter with Mrs Neary. Also, if you would like to contribute to our Collective Worship, please come in and let us know. Many thanks.
